Terms and Conditions

Customer Responsibility

It is the responsibility of the customer to receive proper consultation from a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Physician so that they are fully knowledgeable of the Dietary Supplement they are ordering for Dialysis.  This includes knowledge of the active ingredients, the dosage, the usage and side effects of taking the said supplement.

The customer acknowledges they have not received any medical advice from CURA Pharmaceutical Company Inc., and that they have been advised to consult a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Physician before placing an order.

The customer must not make a chargeback on their credit card, against the order placed, without first contacting CURA Pharmaceutical Company, Inc. and offering CURA the opportunity to reship or refund his/her order.

Service

Routine shipping from CURA Pharmaceutical Company Inc. distribution center normally occurs within 48 hours from receipt of orders.

Prices and Taxes

All prices are subject to change without notice. Customer shall be responsible for all taxes, excises or other charges levied by any government (federal, state, or local) upon the sale, consumption or use of the products listed herein.

Warranty

CURA Pharmaceutical Company, Inc. warrants that at the time of shipment, no product delivered hereunder will be adulterated or misbranded within the meaning of the federal food and drug and cosmetic act as amended.  There are no other warranties, expressed or implied, including any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose on any products provided hereunder to customer provided hereunder, except those set forth in the description and directions on the labeling or such products. This limited warranty provided hereunder shall be rendered null and void in the event any such products are not administered, handled and/or otherwise used in strict accordance with the description and directions on such labeling.

Return Goods and Exchange Policy for ALBUMAX

All returns must be reported to CURA Pharmaceutical Company, Inc. either by telephone at: 1.888.887.7171 extension 222, or in writing sent in by fax to 1.732.8309 or by e-mail to customerclaims@curapharma.com.

No returns will be accepted beyond 30 days of delivery date.

Item may be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt, excluding Shipping Charges and Charge Card Transaction Fees. 
Any returned product must be accompanied with a return authorization number RGA# (given by our customer claims department), a written explanation for the return, and a copy of the original invoice if applicable.

Returned product MUST be returned in its original and unadulterated packaging.

No refund will be issued if returned product is opened, damaged beyond use, if it has been used, or if product has been damaged in shipping as a result of customer using insufficient return packaging.

CURA Pharmaceutical Company, Inc. can only accept return/exchanges that were purchased on ALBUMAX.net.

Damaged shipping container/package

If your order arrives and its shipping container appears crushed, folded, severely damaged, or shows any evidence of tampering, notify the freight company immediately and keep all packaging and contents for proof.  The freight company may have to pick up the damaged package from you.  An inquiry and investigation process from the freight company will proceed and usually take seven (7) to (ten) 10 business days.  The customer is responsible for reporting the damage by contacting CURA Pharmaceutical Company, Inc. at 1.888.887.7171 extension: 22 Customer Claims Department.
